Austria
Austria looks like a filmset. The mountains of course, but also a city like Vienna where you still can imagine stylish ladies from the past having luxurious balls and dancing the polka. Nowadays these ladies are modern dragqueens.
Think about masterpieces made by nature: the impressive alps with their glaciers and ravins and you think about Austria. But also the masterpieces of the old composers like Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert and Strauss are Austrian.
If you’re currently in the process of deciding where to study and have thought, “Why study in Austria?” the answer is simple. Austria’s location in Central Europe has provided it with a rich history in art, culture, literature, and philosophy. Sharing a border with eight different countries, Austria has been a significant junction for many economic and cultural regions which is reflected in the distinct flavors each state has to offer with Hungarian, Czech, Jewish, and Italian influences.
